I. Who is responsible
Juan Carlos Flores Maldonado, based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico, trading as HDecor, is responsible for the personal data you provide through hdecor.mx, the WhatsApp and phone number +52 664 197 6003, and while we work on your project.
II. Data we process
II.1 When you ask for a quote. Only what you give us voluntarily: your name and phone number (and your WhatsApp profile name if you write to us there); your city and, if you share it, the neighbourhood or address of the job; and details of your project, including measurements, preferred finishes, photos of your space and anything else you write.
II.2 If you hire us. Also the full address for measuring and installation and, if you request an invoice, the tax data needed to issue it.
We do not request sensitive personal data. Please do not send it, and please send photos of your space without people in them; if we receive such data, we delete it.
II.3 What the website does not do. The website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools, loads no third-party resources, and does not store or send what you type in the form: the form only prepares a message and opens WhatsApp, and you decide whether to send it.
III. Purposes
Necessary: (1) answer your request and follow up; (2) schedule and carry out the measuring visit; (3) prepare the design and the quote; (4) if you hire us, build, deliver and install the job, handle the warranty and, if requested, issue your invoice; (5) keep a record of the request and of our communication with you.
Additional, with your permission: (6) publish photos of the finished job on this website and our social media, without your name, your address or any people. We ask for this separately when the job is finished. Saying no does not affect your quote or the service, and you can withdraw your permission at any time.
We do not use your data to send you advertising.
IV. Limiting use or disclosure
You can ask us at any time, by WhatsApp or phone call to +52 664 197 6003, to stop using your data for purpose 6 or to limit its use to what your project strictly needs.
V. ARCO rights and withdrawing consent
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel and object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw your consent. Send your request by WhatsApp to +52 664 197 6003, or call us and we will tell you how to submit it, with your name and a way to reply, proof of identity, a clear description of the data and the right you are exercising, and anything that helps us locate your data. We reply within twenty business days and, if your request is granted, it takes effect within the following fifteen business days; each period may be extended once. If you consider that your request was not properly handled, you may contact the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno.
VI. Retention
If you do not hire us, your data is kept for up to twenty-four months after our last communication and then deleted. If you hire us, it is kept for the duration of the relationship and the warranty, and as long as tax obligations require. You can ask for deletion earlier at any time.
VII. Processors and transfers
Your data is not sold. Processor: Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts and delivers this website and, in doing so, processes your IP address and technical connection data. Transfer: WhatsApp LLC (United States), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp; the conversation is transmitted and stored on that platform under its own terms. If you do not accept this transfer, you do not need to use WhatsApp: call us at +52 664 197 6003.
VIII. Changes
Changes are published on this page with a version number and effective date. Substantial changes are also communicated through the channel you used to contact us.
